• Specialized in fine chemicals for drug development and synthesis for multiple pharmaceutical firms.
• Skilled in scaling up products from laboratory research to full-scale plant production.
• Contributed to the development of key drugs such as anti-diabetic (Metformin) and anti-hypertensive medications.
• Experienced in creating specialized infrastructure and facilities for industrial and institutional projects.
Dr. Chandrashekhar Bhaskar Vaidya
• B.A., M.A. (Sanskrit) – First Class, Gold Medalist.
• Proficient in Sanskrit, Marathi, Hindi, and English – recipient of Gold and Silver medals in speech and writing competitions.
• Expertise in Pali language and classical linguistic studies.
• Completed 1 Doctoral and 4 Post-Doctoral research projects.
• Successfully guided 6 Ph.D. candidates (1 currently pursuing).
• Authored 7 books, edited 12, with 3 more in publication.
• Presented over 150 research papers and articles across four languages – English, Sanskrit, Marathi, and Hindi.

• Recognized for outstanding social work and initiatives supporting the underprivileged at international platforms.
• Former Advisory Member of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).

Ms. Kalyani Deshpande
• B.Com., F.C.A. (Fellow Chartered Accountant).
• Practicing Chartered Accountant with over 21 years of professional experience, operating from Dadar (East), Mumbai.
• Serving as Treasurer at Shree Hindmata Dadar Kutchi Jain Sangh.
• Former Committee Member of the CVO Chartered Accountants’ Association.

• Is furthering her expertise with an MSc in Economics at the University of Nottingham, UK, specialising in advanced macroeconomics and monetary economics.
• Brings rigorous training in econometrics, macroeconomic modelling, and DSGE frameworks to life through hands on research experience.
• Earned a Bachelor's degree in Bharatanatyam from the KKSU, Ramtek, Nagpur with a distinguished CGPA of 9.2
• Marked a milestone in her artistic journey by completing her Arangetram under the tutelage of Dr Sandhya Purecha, performed at the Yashwantrao Chavan Auditorium, Mumbai.
• Command over the French language stands as a testament to her dedication, crowned by the prestigious DALF C1 certification.
• Has consistently stood out as a top performer, topping her class in economics and being named valedictorian in performing arts.
• Has shaped young minds, teaching economics, finance, and French to students at school and undergraduate level.
• Channels her knowledge and learning into service, giving back through the Foundation by supporting health camps, teaching dance, and independently leading children's camps.
